The official website for the movie - it's remarkably good as far as official sites go, and the fan forum is a lot of fun. If you don't have flash already, download it so you can see the introduction.

Nightfall Vampire Hunter D
Detailed synopsis of the original anime, plus character profiles and a very busy message board which I have yet to dive into. It looks like this will be a great site with more content.
